Size of Nintendo 2DS XL
The Nintendo Switch 2DS XL has a width of around 3.2 inches (≈ 15.75 cm) when closed, with a length of 6.3 inches (≈ 16 cm). Its height is about 0.85 inches (≈ 2.15 cm).
The Console
I ordered the console from Amazon, and it came with Mario Kart 7 pre-installed. One thing about Nintendo 2DS XL is that it comes with a stylus on the back of the console, but it's only around 2.8 inches long (≈ 7 cm). However, from my experience, the console works with other types of stylus (I ended up using my Microsoft Surface Pen which works pretty well too).

There are three colors available:
- Black with turquoise stripes

Nintendo 2DS XL Box Content
The content inside the box is pretty standard:
- 1 Nintendo 2DS XL Console
- 1 charger
- An instruction manual
When I purchased it, the console comes with a 4-GB microSD card inserted. I found that with this storage space, I was only able to install 1 Pokémon game in it in addition to the pre-installed Mario Kart 7, so I ended up getting a SanDisk 64GB Ultra microSDXC Card instead. You may be able to install 2 or 3 games with a 4-GB memory card, although that would depend on the file sizes of the games.
